Bridging British Education Virtual Academy (BBEVA)
Academy Introduction
Bridging British Education Virtual Academy (BBEVA) is affiliated with Double Wings International Ltd. The company was founded in Hong Kong in 2015, with main business including educational consultancy for independent schools applicants and English-taught courses.
Over the years, the company has helped children from families in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, Southeast Asia, New Zealand, Australia, and many other places get into top primary and secondary independent schools in the UK.
The BBEVA programme was started in 2018, based in our central London office. We have already established a very strong reputation through the success of our pupils. Courses design are based upon the UK National curriculum and fined tuned to meet the additional demands of independent school entry.
BBEVA’s headmaster, Chris Davies has enjoyed over 35 years first as a teacher and later a headmaster in British independent schools. He is the former Chairman of IAPS (Independent Association of Preparatory Schools), and head of the consulting department. He has also been an Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) inspector and a governor of a number of different independent schools for more than 15 years.
Peter Martin, who has over forty years of teaching and management experience as headmaster of top secondary schools, is the Deputy Headmaster and the Academic Director.
All the tutors are current or former teachers who have taught in reputable schools with rich experience.
BBEVA aims to provide courses and teaching individually tailored to the needs of each pupil. Partners and parents can be confident that that our teaching, research, and teacher management will be able to benefit students from countries all around the world.
